Rules

All stalls must be fully operational by 08:30 AM.

No Alcohol is allowed to be sold.

Standard Stall Fee: R250.00 Fee.

This is a "Green Venue" event. No electrical points are provided on the field.

Vendors must be self-sufficient using gas or Silent Generators only.

All stall holders should have suitable gazebos or caravans to accommodate high winds and rain. i.e. must be pegged appropriately for high wind possibility.

We encourage a "Heritage" or "Artisanal" look for your stall to complement the classic car environment.

To ensure a high standard and variety for our visitors, all applications are subject to review by the committee.

All stalls must vacate the grounds by 20:00 26th Sept.

The ground must be left in the same state as prior to the event.
